Veritas is teaming up with the Dallas Women Lawyers Association, Premiere Sponsors Estes Thorne & Carr and Amy Stewart Law to help raise money for the DALLAS WOMEN LAWYERS ASSOCIATION FOUNDATION (DWLAF).
The DWLA Foundation is dedicated to supporting charitable giving to empower and support women in the legal profession and Dallas community. The Foundation makes a difference by providing funding to organizations that support women in the Dallas metropolitan area and surrounding suburbs; awarding bar study scholarships to graduating women law students; and providing resources to assist solo and small firm women lawyers through the recently established Karen D. McCloud Memorial Grant.

The French use the word “EFFERVESCENCE” to describe the bubbles in Champagne, because they feel it has the right connotations of movement, liveliness, intensity, and joy.
In France, the joy of sparkling wine generally, and of champagne specifically, is a daily celebration. Here in the United States, sparkling wine and champagne have been relegated to the category of “celebratory refreshment”. We are going to explore why Champagne should be in your regular rotation of adult refreshments!
This tasting will be an introduction to the various house styles of Champagne. Also, we will discuss sparkling wine vs champagne.
